Submit a Vote or Review for Aer Arann Aer Arann is reported to have the following aircraft fleet: 5 ATR 42 300 8 ATR 72 200 2 ATR 72 500 Aer Arann was established in the 1970's to provide an air link between Ireland and the Arann Isles, off the west coast of Ireland, branching out in the 1980's to provide services within Ireland. In 1994, the airline became the first European airline to be awarded the ISO 9000 Quality Award. At the end of the 1990's the airline began linking Ireland and the UK, later developing a link to France also. The airline is one of the worlds fastest growing regional airlines, carrying just 1.1 million passengers in 2006.
