FlyLal or Lithuanian Airlines is the natinal airline of Lithuania and was founded in 1991 although it has roots going back to 1938.

The airline had been state owned and making losses until it was privatised in 2005, with the new owners intent on transforming the airline into a low-cost carrier.

FlyLal now has a fleet of 10 aircraft.
