02/06/10 British Airways to fly all their South Africa Routes for the World Cup
In a press release published by British Airways outlining the flights they expect to run during next weeks cabin crew strike, the airline state that they will run their full schedule of 26 departures per week to South Africa, where the World Cup kicks of soon.
The airline also states that they expect to run more than 80% of their long haul flights and 60% of their short haul flights from Heathrow - both figures representing improvements on previous weeks.
Flights from Gatwick and London City airports are not expected to be affected by the strike.
