Vigo Airport, otherwise known as Peinador Airport, is located 9Km east of Vigo, in the region of Galicia, north west Spain.
The airport is adjacent to the motorways giving good access to North West Spain and Northern Portugal.
Improvement works in 2011 and 2012 included new multistory parking facilities and the terminal building has been more than doubled in size.
To and From the Airport
There is a bus service into Vigo running every 30 minutes during the day at a cost of approximately 2 Euros.
A taxi into Vigo will cost around 20 Euros.
A taxi to Pontevedra will cost around 35 Euros, or 105 Euros to Orense.
